A recent trip to the Scope Art Fair with my friend Carmen opened the doors to a new artist, Evol. Carmen recently purchased an art piece by Evol at the Wilde Gallery. His work is predominantly classified as “street-art”, largely produced outdoors with spray paint on cardboard and a unique piece with spray paint on an electrical cabinet. Carson Chan, a fellow Cornellian recently conducted an interview with Evol for the Wilde Gallery catalogue. It was a pleasant surprise to see what our fellow junior classmates have been up to after graduation. Her are a few pieces by Evol that caught my eye.
